Meeting

As decided by the previous poll, the meeting will be held on Sunday the 31st of August in Manchester.

Due to some people having had difficulty finding the venue in the past, I suggest we meet *upstairs* not far from KFC at Piccadilly train station at about 12:30pm (look for geeks, laptops, t-shirts, stickers etc.).

Once everyone has arrived, we will then move on to the nearby "child friendly" venue with free wifi - who I have been assured - will not cause any of us any problems. We aim to have finished by about 4pm.

What is DFEY-NW

DFEY-NW is a group formed in response from a growing need in the Northwest of England for a Group to encourage and promote young people's involvement with the free software community by creating a social space to make it more comfortable for young people to get involved with GLUGs and FSUGs.
