at the beggining of the day we were welcomed by the principle which waa amusing
today we firstly went on a tour of wawal castle and the the cathedarle as well as an exibition about what the polish moarchy had in terms of furtniture in their castle
we had a tour guide who was tour guidy
lots of dates etc
after you see one piece of furniure it looks much like the next 40 pieces etc
we did get some really cool views
one of the coolest things was clibming a really old belltower in the cathedale
the staircase up is built inside it , obivouolsy as an afterthought and fit inside the massive frame were there are bells. with lots of nice squeezes, sharp turns , steep ladderst etc.
the also spent a little time in the amroury which was considerably more intersting, mostly because i hadnt seen that many antique weapones before
evven if a large proportion were ornamental
after meeting the poles at lunch we went to a bar and grabbed a sandwhich which we ate with a knife and fork!
then we we given a tour of the old town by the polish
people located at various points gave talks to small groups of english which was really intersting and impressivly organised
we then went to a sea themed cafe for a drink i changed some mne and we went home
after i had had strawberry pirogie at home - really really ice
we went to the flat of the gf of my corres where i persuaded them to watch love actually - which they liked
after we went home i present the family with gifts
