• Forwarding Hoaxes saying $service will be closed down if you don't forward this
• Piczo sites/Myspace Profiles/Facebook Apps
• Calling Free Software or Open Source Software "Freeware"
• Flash Websites
• Windows Vista

Furthermore, if anyone is considering designing a website these days, avoid making it disastrously horrible.
